SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All prices listed include UK shipping only. 

Our fascinators will be shipped using Royal Mail First Class Signed For service.

We will endeavour to ship your fascinator as soon as possible but bespoke orders may take up to three weeks once all details have been confirmed (colour, side of head etc).

It would be helpful to know the date of your special occasion at the time of the order so we can work efficiently to fulfil all our clients needs.

Please contact us to discuss shipping to international destinations and will will provide a quotation.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to make sure you are delighted with your purchase. If you are unhappy in any way please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will work with you to find a solution. 

We are able to provide colour samples in advance of any purchase, so please ensure you request if desired, we are unable to accept returns of bespoke products.

 

In the unlikely event that you may need  to return an item you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning it unless it is arrived damaged (photographic evidence will need to be provided). If this is the case the fascinator must be returned to reach us within 14 days of receipt, in an unworn condition and in the original packaging. We strongly recommend any items are return using a tracked and signed service as we cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to arrive.
